Nigel Barker best known as a fashion photographer was born on 27^th April of 1972 at London, England. He is also an English TV show personality, author, spokesperson, filmmaker and a former model. He was born from a mother of a Sri Lankan ancestry and a father of Irish and Portuguese descent. His mother is a former Miss Sri Lanka so he grew up forming a respect for a modelling profession. He went to the Bryanston School and his major subjects were Physics, Chemistry and Biology during his A Level. He participated in a popular reality show ‘America’s Next Top Model’ as a judge and photographer. He currently hosts the reality show The Face. Career

He planned to pursue a career in medicine and decided to continue his career in medicine but her mother wants him to enter the fashion world, so she participated Barker into a televised search on the “The Clothes Show”. Barker ended being a finalist in that show and it was the starting of his modelling career. He modeled around the major fashion cities of the world like Milan, Paris and New York City for around 10 years.
